As far as I'm concerned, the true mark of a company isn't that they are 100% without fault, but rather how they address any issues that might crop up. I pride myself in having only positive reviews from all of my customers (as far as I'm aware), and I'd like to keep it that way. If you have any issues, concerns, questions, or complaints, please reach out to me so that I can address them. I've had a handful of defective products reach customers' hands over the years, but I like to think every single one of them was satisfied with the resolution I provided.
Privacy & Safety
I'm probably supposed to write a whole bunch of paragraphs here, but the truth of the matter is that I could give two hoots about using your personal information. I just want your money. You fill out the stuff on the order form (or on the account creation page), you send me money. I take your money, and I send you a thingie. The extent of my use of your personal information is that which is necessary for me to fulfill your order. So I may utilize your email address to reach out to you, and I'll probably utilize your shipping address to ship you stuff. Other than that, I really have zero interest in trying to run a side-gig and selling your info to Zuckerberg (he already knows everything about you anyway.)
