"Toyobaru" USB/AUX Switch Panel
I've received quite a few requests for this, so here it is! For those of you who don't need multiple switches, or who don't want to fiddle with drilling holes to run wires, I present the itty-bitty "switch panel." It replaces the USB/AUX module in your vehicle, and can be wired up however you like to control whichever aftermarket accessory you want.
Choose from red, blue, amber, green, or white as your LED color, and customize the icon above and the text below the switch however you like. Use it to control anything from Pedal Dance, to Radiator Fans, to Dashcams, to Radar Detectors, to Trailer Harnesses, to Driving Lights, to Underglow, to Air Compressors, to Active Exhaust, to Subwoofers, to Air Horns, etc… (See further details below)

This is a 3D-printed part (made of ASA), with a CNC-cut, black, anodized aluminum faceplate complete with engraved text/icon. The push-button switch is SPST, ON/OFF style (latching or momentary based on your selection), and is rated for 12V/2A. The switch has an LED-illuminated ring in the color of your choosing (red, blue, amber, green, or white.)
Installation is simple: remove the USB/AUX module (it slides out from the back), and slide the switch insert in, firmly wedging it into place (it is designed to be a very tight fit, so keep it as parallel as possible when inserting it or it will be difficult to snap in).
This switch can be integrated with Gerald’s Trac-Box, which can control a host of ancillary functions, such as Pedal Dance, ABS Disable, Radiator Fans, TPMS Light, Seatbelt Chime, and even Auto Door Locks!
For clarity, no trim piece or wires are included with this part. I have only ever supplied the insert itself. Wiring is going to be different for each person depending on what they are wiring, and how they are doing it, so that is left up to you to do. The switch has 6-inch-long 22AWG wire leads. The two blue leads for the switch circuit itself, and a red (+) and black (-) lead strictly for LED illumination.
This seems like a simple part, and it more-or-less is, but there are a lot of steps involved in making it. These take time to ship simply because this is a side project I do in my spare time, and my free time is limited, what with work, and autocross, and having a life and all that! The reality is they will probably ship within a week or two, but I don’t like to over-promise on how quickly folks will receive something. I do provide a tracking number when I ship though!
